Eligibility for Refunds

• Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Perishable items (such as fresh farm produce) are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.

2. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Exceptions

Custom or bulk orders cannot be refunded.
